This Privacy Policy explains how Safa App (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is developed and maintained by Mohib Ullah (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Privacy of Reports: Each user can only view their own reports. Users cannot see other users’ reports, and only authorized administrators have access to all submitted complaints for management and processing.
The App collects your device’s GPS location to allow users to mark the exact position of trash or waste within the city. This information is used only for reporting purposes to help authorities clean the area.
The App uses your device’s camera to take photos of trash that needs to be cleaned. Photos are used only for reporting and improving the accuracy of the report.
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, selling to third parties, or tracking outside the app.
All user account data (email, username, phone number), photos, and location reports are securely stored in Google Firebase, a cloud service. Data is encrypted and protected according to Google’s security standards.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We take data security seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect user data. Firebase Authentication ensures your account credentials are safely stored and encrypted.
